Hogstad Composting Plant

Hogstad Composting Plant is located in the south-west of Norway. It is the largest composting plant in Norway and one of Europe's most modern facilities for composting separate collected organic waste from private households (food- and garden waste). The plant started up early November 2000. The owner and operator is I.V.A.R and they treat organic waste from 250.000 inhabitants.
